Chris Turner

president

Chris has been with the company since 2003 and served as a Construction Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager and in 2014 assumed the role of General Manager. Chris is a 2000 graduate of NC State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. With 15+ years of HVAC experience, he is a mechanical license holder, LEED AP and Certified Energy Manager.

Jay Collins

General manager

Jay has been in DDC controls for over 25 years, has been in varying levels of Project and Operations Management for over 20 years and has PMP certification. Jay has an AAS in Electronics Engineering, a BS in Business Administration and an MBA. Having worked in both large corporations and small companies, Jay is a firm believer that team building is the path for success in our business.

Michael Adams

DDC Service Operations Manager

Michael has been with the company since 1998 and has over 20 years’ experience in commercial HVAC. He graduated from Wake Tech Community College and has held many varied positions including installation technician, mechanical service technician, and has spent 14 years dedicated to commercial building controls including DDC controls installation, programming, and commissioning. He holds several certifications from various controls manufacturers including Niagara, Distech, Carrier, and Trend. Michael spent 3.5 years as the team leader of the programming group and now manages the service department as the controls service manager. He is responsible for managing a team of field service technicians as well as managing the execution of customer maintenance contracts.

Brian Stancel

Business Development Manager

Brian has over 15 years of experience within the area of Process Controls and DDC Controls. Starting out his career in process controls, Brian focused on electrical control system designs and implementation within Industrial facilities. Brian then moved into Direct Digital Controls with CMS, starting in the installation and programming department and quickly moving into project management. In 2009 Brian transitioned into Business Development and is now the Business Development Manager for the entire DDC Controls Division.


Tyler James

Operations manager

Tyler brings over 10 years of expertise in DDC (Direct Digital Controls) to our team, establishing himself as a seasoned professional in the field. His expertise extends to varying levels of Engineering and Management.

Having navigated the landscapes of both large corporations and small companies, Tyler advocates for the pivotal role of team building as the linchpin for success in our industry. His wealth of experience, coupled with a passion for fostering collaborative environments, positions Tyler as a valuable asset to our organization.
